MY FIRST SKI DAY IS THE DAY AFTER A HOLIDAY. IS THAT OK?

Yes, enter your first ski day and we will make sure your gear arrives by the night before. If that is a holiday it will arrive the day before.

I'M STAYING AT A VACATION RENTAL, DO PACKAGES HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR?

We do not require packages to be signed for, however it’s a good idea to let your vacation rental or hotel know that you are expecting a package. Check with them in advance to make sure that you have the best address.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

The sooner the better. Winter and spring weekends get busy and we want to make sure you have the perfect gear for your trip! Order at least 4 business days before your trip to avoid expedited shipping charges.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING DAYS ?

You will only be charged for the period of the rental (2 days minimum). Make sure that you have scheduled a pick up for the day after your last ski day (before noon). We track our packages, so we will know when your gear is on the way back.

I HAVE NEVER SKIED BEFORE. WHAT DO I NEED?

Make sure to purchase a warm pair of socks, and a quality base layer top and bottom. We offer package deals so you can save on the complete set of threads. All of our jackets and pants are insulated. Still not sure? Email us at help@slopethreads.com.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your order is refundable up to 7 full days prior to your first ski day. (After that it is either being processed or it is already on its way to your destination). If you are within the 7 days, email us and we may be able to offer a refund or credit for a future trip for extenuating circumstances.

HOW DO I RENT FROM SLOPE THREADS?

Book your gear:

Take your pick of our curated selection of name-brand gear and accessories. Then choose your ski dates, expect expedited shipping if you’re already within 6 days of your trip.

Receive It or Pick up in our Colorado Store along the way to your resort:

Your Slope Threads will arrive via UPS to your home, office, vacation rental or hotel by 8 PM the day before your first ski day., or your “start date” selected from the calendar.

Return It with the pre-paid shipping label or drop off in our Colorado Store:

Place your items in the provided box in which it came and send it back to us.  You can drop off at any UPS Access Point or UPS Store.  Or schedule a pickup online or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS on your last ski day and schedule a pick up for the next day. You can also drop your gear off at our Colorado store.

SIZING:

DO YOU HAVE A STORE WHERE I CAN TRY ITEMS ON?

Yes! Slope Threads has a storefront in Colorado. You may come to the store to try on items, but booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure we have inventory for your ski dates. If you are ordering online only, make sure to click on the sizing guide next to the item that you are interested in to make sure you have the right size.

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

Slope Threads is proud to partner with name-brand gear companies. It is important to click on the sizing link next to the items you like. If you are not sure don’t hesitate to email us and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.

WHAT IF AN ITEM DOESN'T FIT?

Please follow the sizing guides on the site. The hip and the waist measurements are the most important. If you are not sure, shoot us an email- help@slopethreads.com or message us on Facebook and we will respond as soon as possible.

If you get your gear and it absolutely doesn’t fit, email us immediately at help@slopethreads.com

DELIVERY:

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

If you book with more than 5 business days before your first Ski Day the Standard shipping is FREE. If you book with less than 6 business days, a 2-day rush or overnight rush shipping option is available for an additional charge. 

SHOULD I SHIP TO MY HOME OR MY DESTINATION?

That’s up to you, but we recommend shipping directly to your destination if you can. Double check with your hotel or vacation rental that you have the best address and unit number and they can accept packages if you haven't arrived yet. You can also pick up your gear from our Colorado store. 

I LOST MY PRE-PAID SHIPPING BAG- WHAT DO I DO?

Email us immediately at help@slopethreads.com. We will email you a return label and you can get a box or return poly bag from a nearby UPS store or your hotel.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

Follow the instructions included in your order.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

Not yet! But email us at help@slopethreads.com and we will try to work something out to get your gear delivered in advance of your trip.

WHEN WILL MY SLOPE THREADS ARRIVE?

Deliveries are made the day before your selected date (first ski day) and will arrive by 8 pm. Make sure to let your hotel/rental know that you will be expecting a package. We will provide tracking information so you can see when your package is out for delivery. If you don’t see if right away check with your front desk or concierge. Sometimes it gets move to a back office or mail room. Email us with any questions help@slopethreads.com
