Yes, enter your first ski day and we will make sure your gear arrives by the night before. If that is a holiday it will arrive the day before.
We do not require packages to be signed for, however it’s a good idea to let your vacation rental or hotel know that you are expecting a package. Check with them in advance to make sure that you have the best address.
The sooner the better. Winter and spring weekends get very busy and we want to make sure you have the perfect gear for your trip! Order at least 4 business days before your trip to avoid expedited shipping charges. Major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MLK and President's Day should NOT be counted as part of the 4 business days and Slope Threads is not responsible for weather related shipping delays.
You will only be charged for the period of the rental (2 days minimum). Make sure that you have scheduled a pick up for the day after your last ski day (before noon). We track our packages, so we will know when your gear is on the way back.
Make sure to purchase a warm pair of socks, and a quality base layer top and bottom. We offer package deals so you can save on the complete set of threads. All of our jackets and pants are insulated. Still not sure? Email us at help@slopethreads.com.
Your order is refundable up to 7 full days prior to your first ski day. (After that it is either being processed or it is already on its way to your destination). If you are within the 7 days, email us and we may be able to offer a refund or credit for a future trip for extenuating circumstances.

Receive It or Pick up in our Colorado Store:
Your Slope Threads order will arrive to your home, office, vacation rental or hotel by 8 PM the day before your first ski day., or your “start date” selected from the calendar.

Return It with the pre-paid shipping label or drop off in our Colorado Store:
Just place your items in the provided pre-paid mailer box and send it back to us on your last ski day and schedule a pick up for the next day. You can also take your pre-labeled shipping box to a UPS drop box location or shipping store. You can also drop your gear off at our Colorado store.
SIZING
Yes! Slope Threads has a storefront in Colorado. You may come to the store to try on items, but booking in advance is highly recommended to ensure we have inventory for your ski dates. If you are ordering online only, make sure to click on the sizing guide next to the item that you are interested in to make sure you have the right size.
Slope Threads is proud to partner with name-brand gear companies. It is important to click on the sizing link next to the items you like. If you are not sure don’t hesitate to email us and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.
Please follow the sizing guides on the site. The hip and the waist measurements are the most important. If you are not sure, shoot us an email- help@slopethreads.com or message us on Facebook and we will respond as soon as possible.

DELIVERY
If you book with more than 5 business days before your first Ski Day the Standard shipping is FREE. If you book with less than 6 business days, a 2-day rush or overnight rush shipping option is available for an additional charge.
That’s up to you, but we recommend shipping directly to your destination if you can. Double check with your hotel or vacation rental that you have the best address. You can also pick up your gear from our Colorado store.
Email us immediately at help@slopethreads.com. We will email you a return label and you can get a box from a nearby UPS store or your hotel.
Follow the instructions included in your order. You’ll need to schedule a UPS pickup or take your return package to a UPS store or access point on your last ski day and schedule a pick up for the next day. Note you cannot schedule a pick up on a Sunday or holiday. You also have the option to drop off your gear in our Colorado store.

Deliveries are made the day before your selected date (first ski day) and will arrive by 8 pm. Make sure to let your hotel/rental know that you will be expecting a package. We will provide tracking information so you can see when your package is out for delivery. If you don’t see if right away check with your front desk or concierge.
